We're partnered with an established, yet growing, studio based in the stunning city of Barcelona. We're looking for a Product Manager, someone who can take full ownership of a whole project from start to finish. Ensure the game is delivered on time, but also influence key design and monetisation decisions.

The ideal candidate is driven, creative, and excited to take on the challenge of working with a unique portfolio of Games. This studio's games tend not to be just 'another RPG' or just 'another bubble shooter.' As a result we need a top professional with the skills and drive to take on this challenge. The studio ambitions and expectations are high, but so are the support and resources provided.

In this role, you can expect to:

Lead the product from scratch - through design and prototyping, implementation, release, and post-released maintenance
Set & keep the vision for the game to make it engaging, viral, and highly monetized
Transform ideas for features into detailed, clear specifications;
Share progress and knowledge with all the teams;
Set clear priorities and deliver on them.

What we'd like to see:

Recent experience in product management & game design in the mobile gaming industry (especially free-to-play)
Ability to turn difficult concepts into something simple for the user
Confident in taking full responsibility for a game
Interdisciplinary team management experience
Creative mindset
Strong logical and analytical capabilities

This studio provides marketing leading salaries, benefit packages and relocation assistance (if required). The team is multi-national, and speaks English within the studio. Barcelona is also a huge benefit, enjoy the sunshine, Spanish culture and coastal location whilst working at the cutting edge of the video games industry. This is a role not to be missed.
