Are you an Associate Producer / Production Assistant with a background in video games? Passionate about game development and Project Management?

We have partnered with award winning, top industry veterans, who have been actively engaged in the game development industry for the past 22 years. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Producer to join their growing team, working alongside the Head of Delivery on a variety of projects, some with budgets in the millions.

Role and Responsibilities;

  • Managing production schedules and tracking progress towards deliverables;
  • Facilitating constant communication between team members, departments and managers;
  • Creating and distributing reports to foster communication and promote awareness of progress and issues;
  • Scheduling and attending meetings, taking and disseminating notes as required;
  • Running daily scrums, chasing actions and removing impediments;
  • Chasing actions and removes impediments to boost team productivity;
  • Managing client relationships;
  • Managing external contractor’s relationships and their deliverables;
  • Managing internal QA;
  • Assisting in the creation, operation and improvement of production systems;
  • Triages and assigns bugs and tasks;
  • Encouraging and supporting the development team;
  • Supporting risk analysis and mitigation;
  • Supporting localisation.

Person Specification / Behavioural Traits

  • Passionate about game development and project management;
  • A positive, can-do attitude;
  • Very good cross-discipline interpersonal skills (written and oral communication);
  • Reliable and trustworthy;
  • Able to set clear goals and can manage and inspire a team to achieve them;
  • A pro-active, multi-tasking problem-solver;
  • Quick to learn.
