We're working with one of the UK's longest established and most successful studio's. Thanks to recent success and securing multiple new projects, they are looking to grow their team. Their CEO is looking for support by hiring a Production Director, working with the CEO you will be managing all aspects of the delivery and scheduling of their game projects. They work on multiple projects at one time, across a studio of around 100 developers. You'd be managing multiple senior producers, ensuring their individual teams are working on the right thing at the right time. Reporting into the CEO directly, you'd be reporting upwards and also dealing with external stakeholders from IP holders and publishers. This is an excellent role for a lead producer to step up to the next level. If you're at the executive or director level, then this role is also for you. The role is brand new to the studio, so it's a real chance to tailor a role to your experience and aspirations.

To be considered, we'd love to see:

  • Recent and long standing experience within the video games industry
  • You've shipped multiple titles across different platforms from start to finish
  • That you've managed teams of up to around 40 people
  • You can track and manage multiple projects at different stages of development
  • Confident but collaborative communicator
  • Familiar with software/tools like JIRA/Excel/G-Suite/Confluence

This role is paying between £60,000-£80,000 dependent on experience, the studio will also help with relocation both financially and in a practical sense. The studio enjoys a diverse, inclusive, stable but fun culture. You can expect to be challenged for sure, but still be able to enjoy home and family life.
