We're working with one of the UK's leading Concept Art outsource studio. They're a sought after art house with a fantastic pedigree and long standing history of working with a variety of brilliant game developers. They're a small team, looking to grow - and this is one of those positions they're looking to fill. This is a project management role, suited to someone from an Associate Producer or Assistant Producer background, looking to step up. It will work with the Art Director and Co-Founder in organising the project deliverables. You'd be liaising with the external client stakeholders, keeping them informed of the timelines and any issues you can see. You'd also be working internally to make sure the projects are completed on time, to standard and within budget.
To be considered for this role, we'd love to see:
- Recent experience in an administration or production type role, within a Games Studio
- A good understanding of game development pipelines and how they work
- Confident and collaborative communication skills
- Use of tools such as Excel, Trello, Agile, SCRUM, Slack etc would be brilliant
- Capable of displaying initiative and independent thought
- Passion for video games
This role is based in Cambridge, and the role is predominantly on site, although they do offer extremely flexible working. The salary is between £30,000-£40,000 alongside some great benefits. It's an exciting time to join a growing, yet already successful, business at the heart of the Games Industry.
