FULLY REMOTE - UK BASED
I'm partnered exclusively with a UK-based Video Game PR agency with a global reach. They’re dedicated to helping people in the game industry connect with media, content creators, influencers, and the gaming community.
They work with a great variety of clients, across the globe, inlcuding well known AAA studios and up-and-coming Indie's. When you meet the founders and the team, you really understand that they live by their values of Honesty, Authenticity and Transparency. They're an engaging and inclusive team - with a staff ratio of 60/40 women to men. Industry leading.
Thanks to continued success, they're looking to hire a Publicist to work across their portfolio of clients. In this role, you can expect to be involved in: Supporting the wider PR team on communications plans, drafting messaging and press releases, planning and executing media interviews, event booking, handling media requests, client reporting and some event attendance.
This can be considered a role for a junior PR professional looking to take their next step in games PR, or for an existing Account Executive or Publicist looking to work with new clients and a new team.
They're a small team of 12, so a pragmatic and agile mindset would do well here, as would a curious mind who is interested in displaying their varied skillset.
To be considered, we'd love to see:
- Recent and relevant experience within Video Games PR - either Agency side or Publisher
- Confident and inclusive communication skills
- Experience with Consumer and B2B PR
- In-depth knowledge of the Games Industry
- A good network of Games Media, Influencers and Colleagues
- Passion for games
This role is wholly remote - with all equipment provided. You'd also enjoy a competitive salary of between £22,000 - £27,500, 22 days holidays, 2 duvet days, Pension Match up to 5% and profit share. This company has excelled since it's inception, and joining now at this second stage of growth offers superb career opportunities.
