Operations Manager (Publishing)

Amiqus have an incredible opportunity for a talented Producer to help support a wide variety of production aspects with a well-known publisher in games. 

A perfect opportunity for an Operations Manager in Publishing to inject passion, creativity and diligence into an already talented team that continues to ship Physical and Digital games far and wide.

The studio has an innate passion for working with talented studios and ensuring that popular IP’s reach far and wide.

Soon to be moving to new offices in London, shared with fellow developers and publishers, the role offers a lot of challenges – responsibilities include;

• Evaluating, testing and creating reports on prospective titles
• Creating age rating documentation & submissions for PEGI, USK, ACB etc
• Game title, patch, etc submissions to platform holders (Nintendo, Sony, Steam etc)
• Support of fulfilment and logistics processes (direct to consumer orders and stock management from order through to manufacture and delivery to physical distribution partners)
• Help source special items for our Limited Edition offerings
• Creating product and marketing creatives for use in metadata and marketing campaigns
• Contributing to and overseeing our QA & localisation processes
• Liaising with our teams in Japan and USA

Essential Skills

● 1-2 years’ experience managing projects in the games industry
● Ability to work on multiple projects at any given time
● Highly organised, methodical, detail oriented and process driven individual
● High degree of IT literacy (including Microsoft and Adobe creative software)
● Excellent verbal and written English
● Team-player and excellent communicator, with a professional attitude when working with key partners
● Enthusiastic and self-motivated
● Educated to degree level
