We are partnered with ustwo Games in London and they need a talented Recruitment Associate to join them.

This innovative studio is best known for their BAFTA award winning IP ‘Monument Valley’ and are a team who love making interactive experiences that delight players and challenge the medium.

Ustwo’s ethos is born from a passion for the industry and eclectic influences that encourage them to think about games in non-traditional ways, helping to make digital experiences that defy (and hopefully define) expectations. You will be instrumental in continuing to develop the ustwo world!

You would be sourcing the best talent in the industry to work alongside a team of passionate people working on apps, games and immersive products. 

About you:

 

  • Recruitment experience. Ideally 2-3 years minimum

  • A proactive, assertive approach to recruitment

  • A background in Games recruitment or similar (tech/creative)

  • Excellent communicator

 

The Role:

 

  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience

  • Responsible for attracting candidates and owning the communication with candidates and recruitment agencies

  • Working closely with hiring managers to ensure a robust, smooth, timely process for all involved

  • Increasing our online recruitment presence via social media 

  • Giving suggestions on how to improve the onboarding process

  • Creating job descriptions and job adverts

  • Screening and interviewing

  • Creating contracts for new starters

  • Maintaining the Recruitment & Resourcing Database, Applicant Tracking System (i.e. Greenhouse), and all other relevant recruitment docs

  • Creating and delivering recruitment training to hiring managers (with help from People Lead)

  • Attend weekly recruitment meetings

  • A champion of the studio’s culture and values
