Recruitment Manager / Internal Recruiter

We have partnered with an exciting games developer in London who are expanding their HR team and require a Recruitment Manager to grow their studio and help strengthen the recruitment processes in place.  

The studio have come from an amazing background, releasing games which have topped charts worldwide with an excess of over 100 million downloads on their titles, with a healthy daily user base too. 

The role will vary from advertising jobs on the studio’s website, to managing the overall recruitment processes, such as arranging and partaking in interviews, headhunting, CV reviewing, all the way to the offer stages. As the Recruitment Manager you will be heavily involved in stakeholder meetings and be well versed in selecting staff, who will make a difference in the business.   

This is an exciting time for the studio, who are currently growing and require someone to contribute to the overall expansion. The Recruitment Manager will be required to develop partnerships with internal and external clients and drive the studio’s recruitment strategy, which includes attending Universities and identifying graduate to experienced talent.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years Recruitment experience
  • Previous Video Games Industry experience
  • A good generalist background, with good understanding of HR processes
  • Good knowledge of UK Employment Law
