Senior 3D Artist

  • Location: Liverpool
  • Salary/rate: £30,000 - £35,000
  • Date posted: 17/04/19
  • Job reference: 6975
  • Permanent

We have partnered with an exciting video games studio based in Liverpool, who require a Senior 3D Artist to work on their up and coming titles.

Your first mission while working at the studio, will be to model and texture a range of assets that the player will interact with for a new fast paced high-octane title. This role can offer this Artist a chance to own quite a large area of the project and would suit someone who enjoys working in a small team, where they can get involved in concept phases and really make a difference on the final output.

This would suit a generalist Artist who enjoys a flat structure, where they can get involved with different disciplines of Art such as Environments and Characters. The more generalist you are, the better! Also it will offer you the chance to work on a new title which is already generating a buzz in the games community.

  • At least 3 Years’ experience in the video games industry
  • Strong skills in either 3DS Max or Maya
  • Experience with Photoshop
  • Proficiency with Unity
  • Strong portfolio showing Character and Environment work

In addition to a great work life balance, the studio can offer perks such as pension, 28 days holiday, a bonus scheme, company phone/laptop, annual attendance to game events and free city centre parking
