Amiqus have partnered exclusively with a Midlands based Independent Games studio who are currently looking to expand their development team with a Senior Game Designer hire to work on their hugely successful mobile title. The title has surpassed over 31 million downloads and has over 350,000 daily average users. 

As a Senior Designer in the team you’ll be responsible for creating new and innovative ideas to keep the users engaged. Your primary task will be to assist with the teams and the games development, you will hit the ground running designing concepts for new levels and features as well as managing the balance between fun and profitable games.

This role will promote freedom in your work style and will allow you to be creative with design in an open-plan environment, where ideas are commonly contributed and everyone has an input on the project.

This role is open to Lead Designers or Senior Designers who think they can take the challenge of leading a team. 

Requirements
At least 4 Years’ experience in a Game Design position
Some mentoring experience or a desire to start the path to a lead designer position 
Shipped at least one significant title on mobile platforms 
High energy and passionate designer 
Experience of the F2P market
