We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager for a games industry AAA developer of console games to join their growing team. You will be excited by cultivating a creative culture, have an interest in diversity and will pride yourself on delivering the best possible HR support to the team. Ideally you could be working in games now or a similar creative tech led business.
You will work alongside the Studio Director, Head of Finance and Recruitment & Talent Manager as part of a close knit, hardworking and caring team.
What you’ll be doing!
Ensure they have a high quality, efficient, professional team who is well treated, supported, looked after and motivated
Cultivate and maintain studio culture
Successfully implement the HR strategic plan along with the Studio Director
Develop and maintain successful working relationships internally and within the wider organisation
Design and deliver talent management and training programs
Be point of contact for employee HR queries & provide an impartial ear with a focus on resolution
Maintain HR policies and procedures
Manage activity relating to appraisals and performance management from probation reviews through to appraisals
Administer employee documentation & process, including new starter, leaver etc
Work with Recruitment & Talent Manager on current hiring needs activity & process
