We’ve partnered with an incredible apps developer based in the UK in their search for a Senior iOS Developer to join their growing engineering team. They’re building on well over ten years experience and after the successful launch of the new version of their app it’s a hugely exciting time to join. We’re looking for real iOS experts so you’ll need to be well versed in Objective-C and Swift development and have an in depth knowledge of iOS frameworks.

Technical requirements: 

Strong background in Objective-C and Swift.
Knowledge of iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
A passion for making beautiful iOS apps that are simple and easy to use.
An understanding of the intricacies of iOS and its human interface guidelines.
The ability to communicate technical concepts.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and using issue tracking software such as JIRA is highly desirable

You’ll need to be a self-starter with the ability to shape a platform with over a million users. You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing new features and work closely with the wider development and test teams to gather user feedback and improve the app moving forward. 

This role can be based remotely or  in either their Ipswich or Newcastle or studios.
