Amiqus have partnered with a start-up game development studio comprised of some of the gaming industry’s finest immersive technology experts to find a talented Senior Producer. Determined to use their powers for good, the team is passionate about applying cutting-edge technologies to create fun and unique experiences that anyone can play.
Currently focused on exciting Augmented Reality applications, but with backgrounds in Virtual Reality, Motion Controls, Artificial Intelligence, there couldn’t be a more exciting time for you to join them!
Key Duties
- Working with the leads team to manage a game’s life cycle within budget, time, and scope. Upholding the creative vision and ensuring high-quality results.
- Full project lifecycle planning and management: milestone, sprint, and task planning and tracking, including running planning sessions, obtaining and maintaining time estimates from the team.
- Coordinating a multi-discipline team of Designers, Artists and Programmers and assisting them with the day-to-day running of the projects.
- Setting up and running daily stand-ups, identifying and offering solutions for dependencies and blockers.
- Managing communication within the team and with clients where required.
- Contributing to the building and maintaining of project roadmaps.
- Ensuring the team is working effectively to reach key milestones.
- Organising feature/build reviews, collating, distributing, and acting on feedback as necessary.
- Collaborating with internal and external QA to prioritise bugs.
- Maintaining documentation and assets such as concept artwork, marketing materials, etc.
To be considered, we would like to see:
- 3+ years experience in Production. Having shipped at least one game or multiple large live updates
- Experience running games as a service on mobile platforms.
- Knowledge of analytics and the selection and prioritisation of KPIs coupled with the understanding to know when to lean on data or your creative team to make key decisions.
- Demonstrable ability to create, track, and maintain project roadmaps, facilitating complicated resource planning across multiple titles.
- Keen understanding of agile development and other methodologies and the insight to choose the right framework to meet the team/project requirements.
- Exceptional organisational, communication and leadership skills.
- Strong ability to prioritise and adapt quickly to team and project needs.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools such as JIRA, Hansoft, and Excel
