A great opportunity for a Senior Producer with exceptionally strong relationship management, internal and external, to manage this Liverpool game dev's development team of thirty and also the end client relationship ensuring progress meets with the client plan.

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Senior Producer to lead the port of this seriously cool PC title to console.  As the leader of the team, you will be responsible for consistently and reliably delivering high quality in all aspects of the game.  Most importantly of all, we are looking for an exceptional communicator with a passion for nurturing and developing a positive, quality focussed team culture.

Responsibilities:

Delivering quality in all aspects of the game

Work with the Development Management team on all resourcing and tasks to ensure the quality, scope and delivery goals are met

Review and feedback effectively on all quality issues

Be the main point of contact for the Publisher and external partners, developing excellent relationships

Identifying shortfalls in skills and manpower, and assisting with the recruitment process

Being the person who unites the team, charts the course, and guides everybody to the target

Reporting quality and overall progress to the team, studio management, and external partners

Experience requirements:

Minimum of 6 years in a Production role

Have shipped at least one title in a Senior Production role

Experience with large scale games

Excellent knowledge of industry standard packages (MS Office, Hansoft/Jira, Perforce etc)

Working knowledge of Agile development
