  • Salary/rate: £45,000 - £60,000
  • Date posted: 15/05/19

This vacancy has now expired.

We're working exclusively with a well known and established AAA console game developer to help them find a new Senior Producer.

In this role you can expect to be working in a studio of around 70, as a producer on one of their much anticipated titles. As well as scheduling and resource management, you can expect to be managing a number of small feature teams, made up of co-workers from different disciplines, working on shorter term goals. You will be reporting to the management team which includes their CEO, Directors and Co-Founders. In this role, you will be using your communication skills and empathy to manage teams and senior stakeholders alike.

The studio is very gender balanced and an inclusive place to work, they have a relatively flat hierarchy where the overall objective is to make really playable games which are universally appealing. Crunch is avoided at all costs, and above all else - the focus is on the team well-being. As a producer, you will have that ethos at the core of all your decisions.

To be considered for this role, we'd love to see:

  • Recent experience as a Producer, ideally on a console title
  • Exposure to games as a service platform (this may come from Mobile games experience)
  • Good understanding of development beyond release of a title (DLC etc)
  • You're empathetic, understanding, communicative and open-minded
  • Games are a passion for you. No negotiation
  • Confident communication skills
  • Worked with some recognised project management styles/methods

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a career enhancing studio, which produces fantastic games in a forward thinking environment. This role is paying up to £60,000 and also offers a host of benefits including pension, private healthcare and flexible working hours.
