We're partnered exclusively with a successful and growing mobile game developer in Leamington Spa, with one successful game live, and another in development, this studio is enjoying great success and continued player loyalty. They make beautifully crafted games using their own engine, so are able to achieve sublime graphics and intricate animations unseen in the majority of other mobile games. Due to continued growth they're looking for a senior Producer to join their team.
This role will see you straight away at the management table with the four founders, you will be the link and conduit between them and the rest of the 30 strong development team; your role will be to ensure the founders and team are all focused on the right tasks at the right time, that the appropriate resources are being used at the right time - and that the project is on schedule. The founders are incredibly 'hands-on' and that will continue, but they're looking to be able to step back to look at more strategic decisions. This is how you can become invaluable.
We're looking for:
- Someone who has shipped a number of games, mobile or console platforms, in the position of Producer or similar
- A good communicator who can influence and direct all levels of seniority with compassion and empathy
- Superb organiser and man-manager
- Someone who can work at speed, but maintain a high level of attention to detail
- In depth knowledge of various project management tools and methodologies: Jira/Agile/Scrum/Trello/Excel
This is a genuine opportunity in a studio which enjoys a collaborative and healthy work environment, crunch is absent - the founders are mature, industry veterans; as such they have a very low turnover of staff. The role attracts a competitive salary based on your experience. There is also a benefits package including flexible working hours, generous holidays and pension.
