We're working with one of the UK's quirkiest and creative game developers. They're well known for their off-beat and innovative titles across mobile, console and PC. They have just announced a brand new title which has been green-lit for full production, a key part of the development of this game is a Senior Producer. This is where you come in!
They are now looking for a Senior Producer to work on this brand new game, this is a key hire for the studio and the right candidate will be able to make a big impact. As part of the production team you will be responsible for building and managing a small but talented games team. You will be reporting into the Head of Production
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Senior Producer with a great track record, looking for more autonomy and ownership. Additionally, they will be comfortable working in a dynamic and creative environment, familiar with treading the fine line between quality, time and costs.
To be considered, we'd love to see:
- Proven leadership skills
- A strong passion for games
- Proficient at planning and tracking budgets
- 2 + projects shipped
- Experience of managing the full development cycle, from concept through to a live product
- Experience of both agile and waterfall development methodologies
- Multiplayer experience
