Principal Programmer - Detail

They are first and foremost looking for a game developer who happens to be a Principal Programmer level engineer, which probably means that you have more than 5 years of experience shipping console or PC titles. As a generalist your responsibilities include everything from gameplay systems, AI and UI to tools, middleware integration and possibly networking.

You would be working closely with the rest of the team to deliver top-quality end-user experiences.

You’ll have complete ownership over the code you write and be responsible for testing and maintaining the features you work on while also helping to address design issues.

You will support a small code team and help them prioritize tasks at a high level. Your ability to make solid systemic and technical designs is a valuable trait along with being methodical, detail oriented, practical and structured. Since we care deeply about having a great company culture in our team, we also prefer candidates who are diplomatic, emphatic and non-confrontational.

Experience with shipping titles and TRCs is a requirement and UE4 and networking experience is a big plus.
