Do you want to work in a positive, healthy and crunch free environment? What if I told you this studio also produces 90 meta-critic scored games?
We're partnered with a growing and agile development studio based in Hove near Brighton. They're currently working on an unannounced Playstation VR Project which has all the hallmarks of being a huge success. This project is in the very early stages, so you'd be joining something right at the beginning. The studio is small, so you can fully expect to be working on all aspects of the game, the studio prides themselves on everyone having a voice, so if you have an opinion outside of your 'remit', it will be heard.
The game is being developed in the Unity engine, but the studio uses custom plugins and their last title was developed in their own engine, in C++, so a healthy knowledge of multiple languages is a good fit for this studio.
To be considered for this role, we'd be looking for:
- Recent experience working as a Programmer on several shipped titles
- Good understanding of both Unity C# and C++ development
- Genuine knowledge of mobile submission procedure
- Good communication style
- Healthy respect for your colleagues and their opinions
This studio offers the agility and variety of a small start up, but with the security and long term scope of a bigger company. They really pride themselves on offering a healthy place to work so you can expect fresh fruit, no crunch, state of the art PC's, beautiful views across the beach and even a weekly Pilates session!
