Can you create offline VFX such as Particles, Fluids and Rigid Bodies? Do you want to work on a brand new, AAA VR console title? Are able to work in a small, but perfectly formed, team?
We're recruiting for one of the world's biggest studios who are developing a full feature, AAA value console VR Game. This game is in really early stages of production, but already the team and senior management are very excited about moving into and being one of, if not, the key developer within VR.
This role will see you working in a small team of three developing VFX for this new VR project, you'd be expected to create things likes particles, rigid bodies and fluids to put into the game. Ideally using Maya! An understanding of GPU and CPU budgets is key, as you'd be expected to consider these when creating.
This is a brand new role in a new team on exciting VR IP. It doesn't get fresher than this!
To be considered for the role, we'd like to see:
- Strong VFX experience on recently shipped console or AAA mobile titles
- Good understanding of offline VFX (rigid bodies, fluids and particles)
- Ideally good Maya experience or ability to learn it
- Some scripting experience would be good
- Good problem solving skills
