Talent Acquisition Manager

Taking a hands-off approach, your role is to up-skill a friendly team of 4, and take real ownership of developing and nurturing the strategy behind attracting key talent into this exciting and highly profitable organisation. With offices in the UK, India, and the Midlands, they have future plans to open sites in other global locations, it’s a recruiter’s dream and they plan to grow significantly over the next 3-5 years. 

To be considered, we would really like to see:

• Collaborative communication skills
• In-house experience is essential
• A long term background of recruitment, whether that be agency or internal before moving in-house
• An interest in games
• Problem solving skills
• Experience mentoring junior recruiters and making strategic decisions
