Are you a problem solver with the desire to bridge the gap between art and code? Would you like to work with cutting edge VR & games technology alongside one of the most successful studios in the country?

Amiqus have partnered with a leading AAA developer in their search for an experienced Technical Artist to join their growing team. They have a portfolio full of amazing games already and as they embark on their biggest and most exciting projects to date, it’s the perfect time to join! 

They’re made up of super talented and ambitious artists and developers who loves games and tech. They are looking for a like-minded person to provide daily support for the art and code teams. You’ll work closely with the Lead Artists and Programmers to build tools and scripts to solve problems and streamline the art pipeline.

We’d love to see:

A great portfolio that demonstrates an ability to create quality tools, scripts and rigs
Expertise in Maya, UE4, MEL, Python, MotionBuilder  
Previous AAA console experience would be ideal – preferably 1 shipped title
Passion for VR would be useful

This role is perfect for an individual looking to join a well-established and successful studio who are right at the forefront of VR. They’re based in the ever growing games hub of Guildford and can offer superb benefits and bonuses including relocation support.
