We have partnered with an exciting indie developer who are undergoing a period of expansion and require a talented Technical Director to help create new features on current and new titles in the pipeline.   

The studio are better known for releasing fun, combat heavy, fast paced titles on PC platforms and were formed from a heavy AAA background, working with some of the best household games in the industry. 

The studio come with a great reputation of creating open world, sandbox experiences which appeal to a wide range of players. As Technical Director you’ll be involved with managing the tools and technology of future games, and get involved with decisions at an operational level. You’ll play a key figure in the setup of the studio, making strategic decisions on the development processes, such as leading the studios hiring plans and overseeing the quality of each project. 

In addition to the managerial side, you’ll also have a hand in developing new features to the existing codebase, while leading the current code team and be responsible for their development.


  • At least 5 years’ experience in the games industry 
  • Released titles on PC or Console platforms 
  • Past experience of leading teams
  • Experience with either C++ or C# and Unity 3D
  • Multi Engine experience would be a bonus
