A North East based Games studio are currently looking for a Training and Development Manager to work closely with HR, to help coach and develop their employee development.
Founded by established industry experts, the team are made up of award winning developers who have come from AAA backgrounds and have a history of releasing a range of high quality games, some of which have been adored in the games industry.
The studio is looking for a passionate ‘people person’ and a keen listener to help work with Team Leads, Board of Directors and HR, to manage a straight-forward strategy that keeps employees happy and engaged with their work and the studios projects. This person will be working in such a critical role, covering HR, Operational and Development departments, and bringing it all together with their own creative stamp.
The ideal candidate will be someone who strives to improve training processes and wants to help develop people. You’ll be involved with setting up on-site training, whilst also attending University workshops to brief new graduates on current games trends and what packages they should be learning.

Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills
- Degree with related field such as Training, HR, Development etc (not vital but a bonus)
- An interest in working in the games industry
