We're working with one of the worlds most exciting and successful mobile game developers. Specialising in un-put-downable puzzle and strategy games, they are looking to grow their performance marketing team. They need a User Acquisition Manager, someone with excellent performance marketing skills, to join the team and run the Facebook User Acquisition. This role would see you reporting to the director of User Acquisition, and working with 4 others in the same team. The budgets being talked about are in excess of $500,000 per month for FB spending alone, and they only have bigger and more ambitious plans for the future.

To be considered for the role, we'd love to see:

  • Recent and relevant experience as a User Acquisition Manager in either Mobile Games or Applications
  • You've been responsible for large budgets in terms of monthly spend
  • You've been involved with KPI-driven analysis at scale
  • Experience launching new games/apps and maintaining multiple live products at scale
  • Deep understanding of Facebook, external tools, MMPs
  • Knowledge of mobile and ad tech, from a gaming developer or agency perspective
  • Expert with Excel functions (V-lookup and Pivot Tables)

This role will see you in a modern, growing and stable studio. The studio offers a dynamic and inclusive work-place which also provides flexible start and finish times, excellent salary (£55-£65k), fully stocked kitchen, bi-monthly massages and pilates, private medical insurance, holidays and an employee assistance programme. This role really does have it all.
