Are you a marketing professional with experience of User Acquisition and Social Media management?
We're working exclusively with a well known and successful mobile games developer in Cirencester, they are looking for a User Acquisition manager to run their various strategies and digital channels. These guys work on addictive, easy to pick up and 'free to play' mobile games, so User Acquisition and Social Media are crucial tools to the games' success. Their most recent game is currently the no1 downloaded game across multiple app stores - globally. They're incredibly successful.
This role will see you work independently and reporting directly to the two founders, you will have oversight of the budget spend and the long term strategies.
In this role you can expect to be involved with:
- App Store optimisation
- Creating preview videos for all device types
- User acquisition
- UA via other ad networks (e.g. AdMob, Unity Ads, Apple Search Ads etc) in future as required
- Cross promotion
- Creating and uploading NADs artwork (static, banner and video NADs)
- Social media
- Management of studio pages on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube - via Falcon social media platform
- Creating and scheduling regular content
- Mixture of games promotion, brand messages and behind-the-scenes
- Responsible for Studio brand - brand guidelines, print, PR etc
- Management of studio website
- Ad hoc copy-writing e.g. game notifications
To be considered for this role, we'd need to see:
- Strong marketing background, ideally with a relevant academic achievement
- You're across all User Acquisition methods and trends
- Excellent knowledge of the mobile/Free2play games market
- Undoubtable Social Media management and User Acquisition knowledge
- Confident communication style
- Passion for games
