As a Lead UX Designer, you'll play a key role in defining and driving the user experience vision across their unannounced project.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll be expected to influence the direction of UX within the studio while remaining actively involved in the design, prototyping, and implementation of intuitive, engaging user experiences.

What we can tell you about the game is it's a AAA PvE and PVP FPS for console. Although production is in process, there's huge amount of creative input still needed.

What you will do

  • Define and drive the UX vision, strategy, and best practices across multiple projects.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that support engaging player experiences.
  • Partner closely with design, engineering, and art teams to ensure UX solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with project goals.
  • Advocate for user-centred design and use player feedback, data, and research to inform decision-making.
  • Establish and evolve UX processes, workflows, and design systems to improve consistency and quality.
  • Mentor and support other designers, providing feedback and guidance to help raise the overall design standard.

Who you are

  • An experienced UI/UX Designer with proven leadership experience in games
  • Comfortable defining UX direction and influencing product decisions while remaining hands-on with design execution.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design thinking, interaction design, and visual design expertise.
  • Experienced with wireframing, prototyping, user research, and usability testing methodologies.

What's on offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Relocation package and VISA support if required
  • Opportunity to shape the future of UX within a growing and ambitious studio.
  • Collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Stockholm-based role with a hybrid working model, requiring onsite attendance three days per week.
