Job Role
The Junior Designer will be part of an in-house Creative Team, responsible for:
  • Working closely with the Creative Director and Product Managers to create engaging campaign assets.
  • Leading projects to deliver creative solutions beyond expectations.
  • Planning and developing ideas from start to finish, making sure every project matches the brand's vision and brief.
  • Creating marketing assets for video games, including digital banners for First Party platforms: Steam, Xbox, Sony, and Nintendo, as well as logos, style guides, merchandise, and more.
  • Be process driven and be adept in creative project management tools.
  • Balancing resources and prioritising workloads, including your own, to deliver projects efficiently, and promptly addressing any issues that might affect deadlines.
  • Conducting a final review of assets to ensure all content is accurate and ready for delivery.
  • Create fresh and exciting content that inspires and pushes the limits.
     
What we want from you:
  • Need at least 2+ years of design experience, ideally in an in-house agency, studio, or freelance setting. Experience in the gaming industry is essential.
  • Passionate about branding and design, skilled at creating assets from initial concept to final execution and production.
  • Experience with Adobe Design software (Photoshop and Illustrator) is essential.
    Knowledge of animation, video editing, or blender is a plus.
  • An impressive portfolio showcasing high-quality deliverables across diverse campaigns and projects.
  • Skills in understanding design briefs and excellent communication abilities.
  • Adaptable and able to work reactively to timelines.
  • A structured and thoughtful individual capable of working autonomously and taking initiative.
  • Effective communicator skilled at presenting work and accepting constructive feedback.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and knowledge .
