Senior Product Manager (Remote – Europe)
Our client is redefining how players access high quality games — instantly, on any device. As gaming shifts from installation to instant play, they’re building a next gen platform powered by modern web technologies. Players get a destination to discover great games; developers get powerful tools and global reach.
Backed by leading investors and industry veterans, they’re assembling a lean, high impact core team. Joining now means shaping the future of instant gaming.

The Role
Our client is hiring their first Senior Product Manager — a foundational role covering player experience, developer tools, and the systems behind publishing, analytics, and live operations.
This role blends strategy, systems thinking, and hands on product execution. You'll define early product direction, shape core platform capabilities, and ensure decisions are grounded in data, clear assumptions, and an understanding of how games perform.
You’ll work closely with leadership, engineering, and design to define what to build, why it matters, and how success is measured. This is a high influence role with long term impact, not a feature factory seat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the platform vision and early feature set across player experience, developer tools, and operations
  • Drive features from idea to live release
  • Turn ambiguous concepts into sharp product definitions
  • Set success metrics and KPIs with a strong focus on game performance and funnel health
  • Apply deep knowledge of game metrics (retention, engagement, monetisation, UA, conversion, etc.)
  • Mentor development partners on product thinking and data analysis
  • Align stakeholders and guide cross?functional teams through delivery
  • Refine scope, direction, and priorities as products evolve
  • Support roadmap planning and strategic prioritisation
  • Build toward post?launch iteration through clear hypotheses and instrumentation
  • Use live data to optimise once the platform is in players’ hands
Requirements
5+ years in product management within games or game platform environments
  • Track record of taking early?stage products from concept to launch
  • Strong ability to bring clarity to complex, ambiguous problems
  • Deep understanding of game KPIs, funnels, retention, and player behaviour
  • High data fluency and strong written communication
  • Comfortable in fast?moving, collaborative environments
  • Able to communicate trade?offs clearly to technical and creative stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience building platforms, tools, or ecosystems
  • Background in free to play or live ops
  • Knowledge of browser based products and performance considerations
  • Technical fluency
  • Experience defining MVPs and making pragmatic decisions
  • Interest in future distribution models and industry trends
  • Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
Working Conditions
Our client is remote first, with teammates working anywhere in Europe within ±3 hours of GMT. They value autonomy, ownership, and outcomes. Some flexibility and occasional travel may be needed for collaboration and events.
