2. Targeted industry search

We identify and approach relevant senior leaders across the games industry and related sectors.


3. Shortlisting and engagement

We present a curated shortlist of suitable candidates and support the interview process.


4. Selection and negotiation

Once a preferred candidate is identified, we support offer negotiation and final appointment.
