Junior Production Manager

We are proud to work with a world class global publisher of video games who are seeking a dynamic Junior Production Manager to join their successful, growing business.

The role requires a hands-on style with 1+ years’ experience in a production management role within the video games industry.

You will be responsible for managing a range of products at different stages of development working with external development and 1st party partners and internal teams to ensure their games are released on time. You will also assist worldwide development teams from concept through to post release, so this is a great opportunity to sink your teeth into and bring your passion to the role!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be the go-to contact for our development partner queries regarding game development, platform holder submissions, QA, localisation, and any other development-related issues
• You will provide feedback to teams during all stages of development, with a keen eye on user experience, competitor analysis, and current industry trends
• You will identify any potential issues early and report to stakeholders
• You will ensure that project milestones are met to the required quality and that all processes are continually evaluated optimise resources and time

ABOUT YOU

• You will be passionate about the games industry and be a professional juggler, being able to organise and deliver under pressure
• Excellent Windows Office knowledge (Excel)
• Proactive, confident and diligent in your approach
• Experience with programming, game/app development, or a creative project.
