Personal Assistant

We are looking for a super savvy Personal Assistant to join an independent games developer and publisher based in London.

With a love of charming pixel art and a drive to support and create amazing games, they need somebody with top notch organisation skills to assist the business owners with managing both personal and professional commitments amongst their busy schedules!

This is an absolutely awesome place to work, and great for somebody who wants to be in the thick of a cool, creative environment. Knowledge of the games industry is desirable, but not essential! On a daily basis, you will be project managing and monitoring trades’ people, working closely with management to free up their time, and assisting the office manager with admin tasks. You’ll also be running personal errands, restaurant bookings, medical bookings, whilst maintaining manager/executive diaries and issuing reminders.
