Product Manager Wanted!

We're working with a Mobile Games studio, based in London who are in scale-up mode. Their mission is to open up the fun, fantasy and creativity of the exclusive world of fashion, lifestyle and
luxury to all via social gaming. Their team of around 70 creatives, developers and designers are now seeking a Product Manager to drive innovation, retention and monetization in their game. With a focus on serving under-served demographics and crafting tie-ins with real-life luxury brands, they're on a mission to deliver unique and engaging experiences on mobile platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the lifecycle of game features, from inception to post-launch analysis.
• Collaborate closely with discipline stakeholders to shape feature goals and requirements.
• Use data, analytics and testing to optimize performance and enhance player satisfaction.
• Prioritize feature development in alignment with studio goals and player needs.
• Craft engaging player experiences that reflect our inclusive and diverse player base.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in free-to-play games, with a focus on improving metrics.
• Confident and collaborative communication style.
• Proficiency in A/B testing and data analysis (SQL skills a plus).
• Exceptional communication skills to foster collaboration across teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
• Deep understanding of the mobile gaming market and monetization models.

Salary:

• Salary is up to £65,000
