Amiqus are recruiting exclusively for QA Project Co-ordinators to join a rapidly growing organisation in Aldershot. 

We are looking for committed and motivated individuals to expand and strengthen their Games and Software QA Team. As Project Co-ordinator, you will work with Test Leads to build the best teams for your projects. You will be the main point of contact for external clients, interpreting their needs and communicating this to your team to ensure that you continue to deliver excellence in quality assurance, on time and to the highest standards.
You will lead by example but also be capable of working at grass roots level, assisting with test leading when necessary.

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Identify and prepare Test Design in line with client and project requirements
  • Keep track of overall progress, metrics and noteworthy findings on the clients and projects
  • Track and maintain KPIs for multiple team members and projects.
  • Proactive identification and communication of any issues that may impact on the testing progress
  • Prepare and maintain relevant project documentation, metrics, reports and coverage checklists
  • Gathering and updating regular submission data
  • Work with team members to prioritise workloads
  • Provide updates to and be able to escalate issues to management
  • Able to communicate and build relationships with external clients be the “Go to person”
  • Work closely with Test resource Co-ordinator and QA Manager to feedback on team progress and individual results 
  • Authoring and maintaining schedules as required.
  • Attention to detail, problem solving skills, strategy thinking
  • Work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
  • Ability to analyse data and report with recommendations

Skills/Person Specifications

  • Strong communication skills at all levels
  • Flexible approach with the ability to adapt with change.
  • Proven experience as a QA Project/Test Lead
  • Expert in using a variety of different bug databases
  • Able to maintain a positive attitude and boost team morale
