Brand new Exlcusive Community hire to Amiqus

We are currently recruiting for a Content & Community Manager to join Rezzil a
exciting, fast paced organisation to support the delivery of their company
marketing. This role will include planning, creating and scheduling social
media content across all of our social channels as well as marketing and
events administrative duties.


In this role you will act as the link between the company and the vibrant
community that surrounds their products. You will play a crucial role in
fostering positive relationships, engaging with Rezzil users, and ensuring that
their community remains enthusiastic and informed.

This position require sstrong knowledge of sport (predominantly football) and an expert
understanding of the gaming industry. You will need excellent
communication skills, and a passion for building and nurturing online
communities.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:


Content Creation and Social Media Management


● Manage and curate content on social media channels to maintain an
active and dynamic presence.
● Create and schedule engaging posts, announcements, and updates to
keep the community informed about game developments, events, and
updates.
● Monitor owned community data trends and discussions to identify
opportunities for community engagement.
● Generate and share engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and
livestreams, to showcase the game's features and keep the community
excited.
● Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and streamers to expand
the game's reach and visibility.
● To manage and maintain company marketing assets.
Community Engagement
● Foster a positive and inclusive community environment through active
engagement on various platforms, including forums, social media, and
other community hubs.
● Respond promptly to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns to
maintain a high level of satisfaction.
● Develop and implement strategies to encourage user-generated
content, discussions, and community-driven initiatives.
● Implement and enforce community guidelines and rules to maintain a
respectful and welcoming environment.
● To support the Rezzil Team in data collection management for
company contacts on HubSpot.
Event Coordination
● Plan, organise, and execute community events, both online and offline,
to enhance player interaction and build a sense of community.
● Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to create and
promote special events, tournaments, and promotions.
Feedback Management and Reporting
● Gather, analyse, and report community feedback to the development
team, providing valuable insights to improve the game and address
player concerns.
● Act as the voice of the community within the company, advocating for
player needs and preferences.
● To provide social media and data reports using analytics from social
channels and HubSpot.
Other
● To attend training courses continuing professional development as
required.
● Upon discussion, any other task which is deemed necessary by Rezzil
as it continuously grows
