Join my client's award-winning game studio and lead a dynamic team shaping the future of a beloved title. If you're passionate about optimizing workflows and crafting top-notch code, we want you on board!
Role Overview:
Lead a team of 10+ programmers to ensure top-quality work on their live, multiplatform game. Collaborate closely with various disciplines to bring the game vision to life. Identify and resolve technical risks while maintaining project schedules.
Requirements:
- Expert in C# with strong Unity skills
- Strong background in game development experience
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
- Shipped at least 1 multiplatform title
- Self-motivated, with excellent communication skills
Desirable:
- Console development experience.
- Experience in maintaining live games.
